The stamp is Vintage Santa. I used Burnt Umber Palette Ink and Transcendence Embossing Powder on the image and greeting. I colored the image with Aquacolor Crayons.
And the paper - that's the Willoughby Paper and Cardstock Collection along with some Ivory Cardstock!
